Prizes are $20 per paid entry in each section; 75% to 1st place, 25% to 2nd place. Please specify section at entry.
All players’ official ratings will be used per the USCF rating supplement for the tournament month.
Sections with more than 8 players will be subdivided by rating (i.e., Gukesh U1600, Gukesh u1200, etc); sections with than 4 players will be merged an adjacent section.

Time Control: G/60; inc. 10; USCF rated.
Entry Fee:
Member:$38.00 if pre-registered by 1/14; $43.00 by 1/17, $48 at the site.
Non-member: $45.00 if pre-registered by 1/14; $50.00 by 1/17, $55 at the site.
The field is limited to the first 52 registrants.
Schedule: On-site registration ends at 9:45 am. All players, including pre-registrants, please check in by 9:45 am; please call/text if going to be late.
Rounds: 10:00 am, 1 pm, 3:30 pm

CHESS ZONE RATED SCHOLASTIC K-12
Four Rounds, Swiss System, USCF rated

SECTIONS:
1300+: Open to scholastic players rated 1300 and up.
U1300: Open to scholastic players rated between 600 and 1299.
U600: Open to scholastic players under 600 and unrated.

PRIZES: Trophies to 1st-3rd place in each section. Medals to all finish with 50% or greater that don't win a trophy.

Time Control: G/25; d5; USCF dual rated (regular and quick).
Entry Fee:
Members: $38.00 if pre-registered by 1/21; $43 by 1/24; $48 on-site.
Non-Members: $45.00 if pre-registered by 1/21; $50 by 1/24; $55 on-site.
The field is limited to the first 40 registrants.
Schedule: All players, including pre-registrants, please check in by 9:45 am.
Rounds: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 12:45 pm, 2:00 pm
1/2-Pt. Byes: Available, limit two. Must request 1/2-point byes before round 1 begins. 0-point byes available at any time for any round.

Unrated players must obtain a USCF membership (from https://uschess.org). Please arrive early (by 9:30 AM) if you need assistance on-site. US Chess Live rating will be used sections, pairings and prizes. Players may play up if rating within 100 points of the section requirement. Sections may be merged at TD discretion. Children may be dropped off at Chess Zone; please return by 2:15 PM to pick-up

Five double rounds (10 total games; play each opponent twice as white and black), Swiss System, USCF rated (blitz rated)

Place Prizes: 1st Place - $160; 2nd Place - $80; 3rd Place - $40
Class Prizes: Class A 1800-1999 - $25; Class B-C 1400-1799 - $25 Class E-D 1000-1399 - $25; U1000: $25

Live US Chess regular ratings used for pairings and prizes. Prizes based on 30 registrations. Unrated players eligible only for place prizes.

Time Control: G/5; inc. 2; USCF blitz rated.
Entry Fees:
Members: $23.00 by 1/21; $28.00 by 1/25; $33 at the site;
Non-Members: $30.00 by 1/21; $35.00 by 1/25; $40 at the site;
Free entry for (W)FMs, (W)IMs, (W)GMs - entry fees deducted from prizes. The field is limited to the first 50 registrants.
Schedule: Pre-registration closes at 2:00 pm. All players, including pre-registrants, must please check in by 2:45 pm.
Rounds: Round 1 starts at 3:00 PM; rounds 2-5 immediately after. Last round should start at approximately 5:30 PM.
