AMATEUR (U1800): Open to USCF rated between 1400 and 1799. 1st -- $200 2nd -- $100 Top Under 1500 -- $50
RESERVE (U1400): Open to USCF rated under 1400 and unrated. 1st -- $100 2nd -- $50 Top U1000/Unrated -- $50
One ""special"" Top Senior (age 50+) prize awarded: $50.
Live US Chess regular ratings used for pairings and prizes. Players may play up if rating within 100 points of the section requirement. Sections may be combined at TD discretion. Prizes based on 50 registrations. Unrated players eligible only for place prizes.
Time Control: G/60; inc. 5; USCF dual rated (regular and quick rated).
Entry Fee:
Members: $48 if pre-registered by 5/6, $58 by 5/10, $63 on-site.
Non-Members: $55 if pre-registered by 5/6, $65 by 5/10, $70 on-site.
Free entry for (W)FMs, (W)IMs, (W)GMs - entry fees deducted from prizes. The field is limited to the first 50 registrants.
Schedule: On-site registration ends at 9:40 am. All players, including pre-registrants, please check in by 9:45 am; please call/text if going to be late.
Rounds: 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:30 pm, 6:00 pm.
